FORMAT:  This show will be an open booth format.  EORA members will be exhibiting upstairs in Hall “1” at the Carolina First Center.  Buyers registration will be located within the hall.  The Santee room will serve as the dealer workroom.  Please plan on working the show with appointments so everyone makes the best use of their time. 

PRE-REGISTRATION WILL BE MAILED SEPERATELY.  Expect your pre-registration postcard in the mail soon. To Pre-Register, your Pre-registration postcard or e-mail must be received at the EORA office by January 23, 2009.  On-line Pre-registration is available at www.eora.org.

Your buyers badge(s) will be waiting for you at the EORA registration desk at the show.  Buyers that have Pre-registered can pick up their badges in the Palmetto Expo Lobby at 8:00 a.m.                     

We do not mail out badges.

IF YOU PLAN TO REGISTER AT THE SHOW:  Proper ID will be required.  Proof of Retail establishment will be requested, ie: Business Card with your name, store check, pay stub, order or invoice copy, etc. will suffice.  If the employees name is not on the store business card they will not be allowed in the show.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

All of the above hotels are holding a number of rooms for participants of the Eastern Outdoor Reps Association show.  Please call to reserve your room at a special rate.  Stay at the Phoenix Inn and walk to the Palmetto Expo, enjoy exceptional dining.  If needed, complimentary airport shuttle service is available.  The Sleep Inn & Hampton Inn offers a Deluxe Continental Breakfast for all its guests. Guests at the Quality Inn will enjoy a free hot breakfast buffet. AmeriSuite offers a Deluxe Continental and Hot Breakfast as well as a Fitness Center

SPECIAL EVENTS - Monday, February 9th, the EORA extends a warm welcome to all show attendees, please join our reception at 6:15 p.m.  Hors d’ oeuvres and beverages will be available.
