Format?
This show will be an open booth format with EORA members exhibiting in two buildings, the Grand Hotel and Snow Shed.  The registration desk will be located i nthe foyer of the Grand Hotel.  Please plan on working the show with appointments so everyone makes the best use of their time.

Paddle Demo?
Yes, attendees will have access to the pond during show hours every day. The demo will close at noon on the last day. 

Registration?
Pre-registration is available on-line or by mailing in your pre-registration postcard. If you plan to register at the event, proper ID will be required. Proper ID will be required. Proof of Retail establishment will be requested, ie: Business Card with your name, store check, pay stub, order of invoice copy, etc. will suffice. If the employees name is not on the store business card they will not be allowed in the show.

Fun Stuff?
Monday August 23rd, Outback Pizza hosts welcome party with pizza buffet 6:30-7:30
Disc Golf at Base Camp Outfitters - 18-hole disc golf course newly opened.  Tournament hosted on Wednesday August 15th.

Dealer Reception?
We are pleased to announce TWO different dealer receptions. 

GRILLIN & CHILLIN= Tuesday, August 24th at 6:30pm at the K-1 Lodge. The Lodge is a quick 3-5 minute walk up the Killington Access road.  This will be a fun filled BBQ style affair.

A TASTE OF VERMONT= Wednesday August 25th at 6:30pm at the K-1 Lodge.  This will be a taste of Vermont, all local foods.  We have the rock & roll/rhythm and blues band "Sensible Shoes" scheduled along with a special guest so bring your dancing shoes. EORA will buy the first couple of kegs and bottles of wine once they run out it will be a cash bar.

Killington Grand Hotel - Prices vary dependingon the typ[e of accommodations and lenght of stay.  Please contact Killington directly for assistance: 800-282-9955 or 802-422-1051.  When calling the 800 number please refer to Eastern Outdoor Reps Associtaion for the group rate.  Reservations need to be confirmed by Thursday, July 22nd.
